At the Sloatsburg Food Pantry: - We order food monthly from the Food Bank to provide to our clients. Donohue Brennan Consulting developed a simplified way to track and calculate food needs. - Working closely with the Food Pantry Director, we streamlined the selection and pickup process for our clients. The Pantry is now setup like a supermarket where our clients choose only the items they need or want. This new setup has empowered our clients, decreased food waste and sped up the selection process. These changes were gradually introduced to our clients and volunteers in order to ease into the new flow and allow for feedback during the transition.
